Salon Policies

Children
We love families and children. However, we use chemicals, hot curling and flat irons and sharp scissors - We don't want anyone to be injured in the salon, least of all a child. Additionally, we are committed to providing a relaxing, stress-free atmosphere for all of our clients, and our staff does not provide child care services. If you must bring your children with you for your appointment, they must be well behaved.
Service Guarantee
We offer a 100% guarantee* on all services, (including chemical), within one week of the time the service is performed, or two weeks on Chemical services when you are using salon purchased** professional shampoo and conditioner. Stylists will determine all guarantees. Our guarantee will be limited if color is present in the hair that was not done in our salon. Corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results.

 Product Returns
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all of our hair care products. If you decide that it is not the right product for you, and provided that 95% of the original amount of the product is unused, we will gladly exchange it for another product within 10 days of original purchase. No cash or credit card refunds, exchanges only. Brushes are non-returnable.
